These other factors impacting price include variables such as quality of schools, proximity to shopping, proximity to a park, how heavy traffic is on the street, the quality of houses nearby, zoning or restrictive covenants compared to those for alternative properties available, construction quality and property condition, previous price increases or decreases in the neighborhood, layout and design trends that today’s consumers demand and too many other factors for us to list them all.
